A planned gift is any contribution made as part of a donor’s overall financial and/or estate planning. They can take on many forms, including cash, securities/stock, real estate, life insurance policies, retirement plans, personal property, and more.

  • Outright gifts that use appreciated assets as a substitute for cash
  • Gifts that provide income or other financial benefits to the donor in return for the contribution
